Recognizing Organization Development (OD) as a planned and systematic organization change process, the Centre for Organization Development Consultants (CODC) aims to respond to the increasing need and demand by organizations and those funding them for comprehensive strategic interventions in programming, operations and ensuring governance oversight and sustainability.
Organization Development is not only a challenge for new and infant organizations but also for mature and experienced organizations. Changing socio-political, economic, environmental and technological environment, including globalization, continue to pose unprecedented challenges to organizations. This calls for organizations to well prepare for change, and to align strategically in order to maximize the advantages offered by changes while at the same time mitigating threats advanced by the same changing environment.
CODC views this as an opportunity to help organizations, young and mature to take a afresh look at themselves and start a process of change within so that their organizations are more viable, marketable, attractive, efficient and accrue benefits to their stake holders while achieving their goals and objectives.
